Maternity:: Logan & Madi

I'm not sure where to begin with these two! Their maternity session was so adorable. Logan was not 100% for it (like most men) but we had lots of laughs during the session and that helped a lot. It is so important to let loose and just have fun at your photo session, that's what really makes a session successful. What better way than to share a good laugh?

We were a little worried the morning of, as it was supposed to start raining that day. I don't mean a sprinkle, I mean there were thunderstorms in the forecast for that day AND the rest of the week. But here we are to the end of the week and it still has yet to rain as bad as they forecasted. Typical, huh? Usually if it's forecasted to rain, people want to cancel immediately because "it won't be good for pictures!" That couldn't be farther from the truth. I mean, if it's a full on thunder storm, yes we need to postpone, but if it's overcast, cloudy, maybe sprinkling a little bit, this is fine! In fact some of my most favorite sessions have happened in this weather. Regardless of popular belief, this is beautiful lighting in this time!

I'm so glad these two did not cancel. As you can see it was a bit cloudy and rainy in the first few photos, but the sun came out to help finish up their beautiful session.
